Where can I find my purchased download?

You can find your downloaded purchases under the “Digital Downloads” tab under "My Account"  after you have paid and are logged in. You should have also received an  e-mail after your  purchase with a download link. Your download link expires after 72 hours, but can be reset by customer service by sending us an email.

What forms of payments do you accept?

At this time, we only accept PayPal payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal. With  PayPal you can use money in your PayPal account, checking account, or use credit or debit cards.

Do you accept refunds?

No, since our products are digital in nature we cannot not give refunds. Once products are purchased, the sale is final. If you are having trouble opening or using your purchase, we would be happy to help assist you. Please contact us with any issues.

Can I resell any of the design files that I have purchased from you?

No. You can not resell our designs in the digital form. You also can not modify any of our designs/files to sell yourself.

You can however use our designs in/on your physical products(ie:clothing, mugs, shirts, glassware, cards, etc.) 

Can I share my downloads with my family and friends?

No. You can sell them products that you made with the design, or direct them to our website to purchase the file themselves.

Soon you will be able to share the listing of any product on social media or another website. We are in the process of adding social media buttons in our product listings.
